FAQ
Ticket Questions, Answered
Do I need to print my ticket?
No. After booking on Trip.com you receive an e-ticket or voucher code. Visitors report smooth entry by showing their passport together with the e-ticket at the gate — no printing required.
What time should I arrive?
Aim for opening time at 08:30. The park is noticeably quieter in the morning — reviewer _TI***n1 recommends visiting early because it gets very crowded after 11:00 AM. Early arrival also gives you first pick of show seats.
Is it suitable for young children?
Yes — it is one of Qingdao's most family-friendly attractions. Reviewers highlight the beluga whale feeding activity and the underwater sea lion encounter as kids' favorites. Some special experiences may cost extra, so check availability and prices on-site or when booking.
How much time should I plan for the visit?
The official recommendation is 0.5 to 1 day. Most guests spend four to six hours; reviewer Rainy Turner reports two seniors spending six unhurried hours enjoying the jellyfish and the shows. Plan around the show schedule to make the most of your ticket.
Can I cancel or change my booking?
Cancellation and change policies differ by ticket type and travel date. Trip.com displays the exact cancellation terms on the checkout page before you pay, so you always know the rules for the ticket you choose.
